Effective 10/1/18 for Medi-Cal and Commercial, and 1/1/19 for Medicare, you will manage your assigned IPA membership on a single portal.

Medicare Membership - Transition of Services

  • If you have an authorization that is already approved by PPMC prior to 1/1/19 and has not expired, there is no need to resubmit a new authorization.
  • For any status inquiries about authorizations submitted before 1/1/19 or for claims with a date of service prior to 1/1/19, please continue to use the legacy provider portal.

Medi-Cal & Commercial Membership - Transition of Services

  • If you have an authorization that is already approved by PPMC prior to 10/1/18 and has not expired, there is no need to resubmit a new authorization.
  • For any status inquiries about authorizations submitted before 10/1/18 or for claims with a date of service prior to 10/1/18, please continue to use the legacy provider portal.

As a provider, it remains your responsibility to verify continued eligibility PRIOR to administering services approved. If your approval has expired, you will need to submit a request via our new provider portal.
